We are very pleased that the NC House has voted to concur with the NC Senate and passed House Bill 808 – the “Gender Transition/Minors” bill, also dubbed the “Youth Health Protection Act.” It now heads to a governor that will veto it on arrival, but thankfully will be overturned by our supermajority.
There is no way to estimate how many children will be protected— that would otherwise be coaxed and pressured to question whether or not they were actually a mistake from birth, only to be coaxed to mutilate their bodies that have been “fearfully and wonderfully made.”
We can end this “confusion” if we continue to speak truth, facts, trust real science, and teach absolutes to our young people.
